Gary CAMPBELL, Appellant v. Amanda LEAL, Appellee

From the 408th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2012-CI-11077

Honorable Larry Noll, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Sitting: Catherine Stone, Chief Justice

Karen Angelini, Justice

Marialyn Barnard, Justice

Appellant has filed a request for the appellate record in this matter. This court dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction in November 2012. Our mandate has issued. Accordingly, we no longer have jurisdiction over this matter. Moreover, the time for appellant to file a petition for review to the Texas Supreme Court has expired. We therefore deny appellant's request.

It is so ORDERED on July 1, 2013.

PER CURIAM ATTESTED TO: ___________

Keith E. Hottle

Clerk of Court
