Upon due consideration and for the reasons set forth in respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Taxable Years 2021 and 2022 and to Strike, filed June 2, 2022, is granted in that so much of this case as pertains to taxable years 2021 and 2022 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
