ORDER

This case was called from the calendar on May 2, 2023, from the Court's May 1, 2023, Jackson, Mississippi, trial session. Counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard. On March 31, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance, which was granted on May 8, 2023, and this case was continued. The undersigned retained jurisdiction and ordered status reports due by July 31, 2023.

On July 31, 2023, both parties filed separate status reports, with respondent indicating that petitioner's home was no longer under contract for sale, while petitioner furnished a purchase and sale agreement of his home dated July 31, 2023. The purchase and sale agreement furnished by petitioner's counsel, indicates a closing on or before September 12, 2023.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties on or before September 15, 2023, are to file a joint status report (or separate reports if preferrable) outlining the then current status of this case.
