Appeal, No. 15, March T., 1970, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1965, No. 498, in case of Terrance K. Campbell v. Paul Andrew Carlson et al. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before KEIM, J.

Verdict in favor of plaintiff and against all defendants, and judgment thereon. Defendants appealed.

Bernard J. McAuley, with him Wayman, Irvin, Trushel McAuley, for appellants.

Nevin Stetler, with him Leonard R. Reeves, Stuart M. Neely, and Stetler Gribbin, for appellee.


Judgment affirmed.
