ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 17, 2011, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 17, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Edward F. Campbell, Jr., shall serve and file the joint record or appendix on the appeals and cross appeal and a brief raising his points of argument on the appeal from the judgment on or before November 16, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that Lucy A. Campbell shall serve and file a brief containing points of argument on the cross appeal from the judgment and on the appeal from the order as well as answering the points of argument with respect to the appeal from the judgment, on or before December 21, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall serve and file reply briefs in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
