Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

So much of the judgment dated October 19, 2004, finding the wife in contempt for violating paragraphs 3, 6, 7 and 8 of the judgment of modification on the stipulation of the parties dated July 22, 2003, is reversed and judgment is to enter for the wife on the husband's complaint for contempt. The award of attorney's fees to the husband in the amount of $750 "for prosecution of said violations" is also reversed. So much of the judgment as dismisses the wife's counterclaim for contempt is affirmed.
