Danieal H. Miller, Columbia for appellant. Nicholas D. Savio, Kansas City for respondent.

Danieal H. Miller, Columbia for appellant.

Nicholas D. Savio, Kansas City for respondent.

Before Division Two: Mark D. Pfeiffer, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Gary D. Witt, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Gail Baker and Thomas Mefford, who were both employed by Mefford, Vaugniax and Associates, P.C., provided counseling and other professional services to members of Appellant Adam Campbell's family during child custody proceedings. Campbell sued Baker, Mefford, and their employer in the Circuit Court of Pettis County for negligence, alienation of affections, and negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The circuit court dismissed Campbell's petition for failure to state a claim on which relief could be granted. Campbell appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
