Campagno v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Dec 8, 1982
422 So. 2d 1096 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. 81-2177.

December 8, 1982.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Broward County; John G. Ferris, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Marcy K. Allen, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joy B. Shearer, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

AFFIRMED. We agree with the trial court that the appellant's allegations of ineffective assistance of counsel at sentencing failed to meet the criteria set down in Knight v. State, 394 So.2d 997 (Fla. 1981). In particular the appellant failed to allege that the information received by the sentencing court regarding appellant's prior arrests and convictions was not substantially accurate.

ANSTEAD and HURLEY, JJ., and SHAHOOD, GEORGE, Associate Judge, concur.
