On April 2, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, on May 18, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On September 15, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 64) requesting additional time to discuss depositions of third-party witnesses. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 17, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
