October 22, 1943.

Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.; Martin, P.J., dissents and votes to reverse and grant a new trial unless said plaintiff stipulates to reduce the verdict to $4,000. Settle order on notice.


Judgment, insofar as it is in favor of the plaintiff Hugh L. Cameron and against the defendants Alfred Stark and William Steckler, reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event unless said plaintiff stipulates to reduce the judgment as entered to the sum of $7,164.08, in which event the judgment as so modified is affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
