Seven appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 13, 2023, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendants-appellants Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC (Motion No. 2023-03026), and defendants-appellants J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC, et al. (collectively, the "Non-Trading Underwriter Defendants"; Motion No. 2023-03027) having moved for a stay of all proceedings, including discovery, pending the hearing and determination of their aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied.
