The Court abated this appeal for mediation on February 22, 2024. The mediation order stated that the parties were to advise the Court within 50 days of the date the mediation order issued whether they were able to settle the underlying dispute. The parties have not apprised the Court of the outcome of mediation.
The parties shall file responses to this order advising the Court of the status of mediation within 10 days of the date of this order or the abatement will be withdrawn and the case reset on the active docket.
It is so ORDERED.
