CONFESSION OF ERROR


Upon the State's confession of error, we reverse the summary denial of defendant's motion for post-conviction relief with directions to conduct an evidentiary hearing on defendant's claim that his attorney misadvised him as to the amount of actual time he would serve on his sentence by representing that he would serve no more than thirty months in prison.See State v. Leroux, 689 So.2d 235 (Fla. 1996).
