Calzon v. Dade County School Employees Federal Credit Union

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Nov 30, 1994
645 So. 2d 597 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1994)

Opinion

No. 93-1097.

November 30, 1994.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court of Dade County; Herbert M. Klein, Judge.

Calzon, Gayoso and Gersten and Maria Del Carmen Calzon and Gonzalo Alberto Gayoso, Coral Gables, for appellants.

Bruce M. Boiko, Miami, for appellee.

Before JORGENSON, COPE, and LEVY, JJ.

No error having been demonstrated in the record, the order appealed from is affirmed. However, in view of the fact that the final judgment appealed from is silent as to the question of appellants' costs, which were requested in the same motion that requested an award of attorney fees, the foregoing affirmance is without prejudice to the appellants seeking to have the trial court rule on appellants' request for costs.

Affirmed.
