Decision
Claimant moves to admit, pro hac vice, Matthew D. Rush, an attorney duly admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to participate in the prosecution of this claim on her behalf. In support of the application, claimant submitted proof that Mr. Rush is a member in good standing of the bar of Colorado (22 NYCRR 520.11 [a]); that he will be associated with a New York attorney, who will be the attorney of record (22NYCRR 520.11 [c]), and that he is familiar with and will comply with the standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New York bar (22 NYCRR 520.11 [e]). Inasmuch as the requirements for pro hac vice admission have been met, the instant motion is granted, without objection, and Matthew D. Rush is admitted pro hac vice with respect to this claim.
