ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

Per Curiam.

Appellee has conceded error in the entry of the order granting writ of possession. That order is the subject of the instant appeal. Based on 28 U.S.C. § 1446 (2015), and Musa v. Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Co ., 181 So.3d 1275 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015), this case is reversed and remanded to the trial court.
