On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DISMISSED. The application is in the nature of a complaint for mandamus against the Board of State Canvassers and the Secretary of State, which is properly filed in the Court of Appeals or the circuit court. MCR 7.203(C)(5), MCR 3.305(A).
