ORDER

This matter is before the court on Appellant's Motion to Dismiss Appeal.

In response to this court's July 15, 2022 order to show cause, Appellant Jimmy Caldwell has moved to voluntarily dismiss this appeal, and states that he will file a new appeal once the district court enters a final decision. Upon consideration, Appellant's motion for voluntary dismissal is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Fed. R. App. P. 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9).

A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court.
