Before the Court is appellant's February 20, 2024 motion to extend time to file appellant's brief. We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before MARCH 21, 2024. We note that appellant's brief was due December 29, 2023, and is now almost two months past due. Therefore, if appellant's brief is not filed by that date, this appeal will be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with rule of appellate procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
