These consolidated cases are set for a status hearing during the Court's January 17, 2024, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable.
On January 16, 2024, petitioners and respondent filed Status Reports informing the Court that the third party to which a subpoena was issued complied with the subpoena and a hearing is therefore no longer necessary.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that these cases are stricken for hearing from the calendar of the Court's January 17, 2024, remote special hearing session.
