An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about May 27, 2020, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-respondent having moved for leave to supplement the record on appeal to include: (1) the transcript of proceedings of the oral argument held before this Court on February 13, 2020 (Exhibit C to Moving Papers); (2) the order of this Court dated August 13, 2020 (Exhibit D to Moving Papers); and (3) the order of the Court of Appeals dated December 17, 2020 (Exhibit E to the Moving Papers), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting defendant-respondent leave to file a supplemental record to include the aforesaid exhibits together with its brief for the January 2022 Term of this Court.
