HENRY STEPHENSON BYRD, MD, ET AL, Appellant v. ROLANDA HUTTON AND BRYAN HUTTON, Appellee

On Appeal from the 14th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-17-15886

ORDER

Before the Court is appellants' November 5, 2019 unopposed motion to extend time to file their opening brief. Appellants explain the extension is necessary, in part, because certain items they requested be included in the clerk's record were not included and they have had to request a supplemental record. We rule as follows.

Because the record is incomplete, appellants' opening brief is not yet due. Accordingly, we DENY the motion as premature. We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file the requested supplemental clerk's record no later than November 14, 2019. We further ORDER appellants to file their opening brief within twenty days of the filing of the supplemental record.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
