BUTTE, COUNTY OF v. DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES (STATE WATER CONTRACTORS)
The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the case in light of Friends of the Eel River v. North Coast Railroad Authority (2017) 3 Cal.5th 677, 220 Cal.Rptr.3d 812, 399 P.3d 37. ( Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
