The clerk's record in this case was due June 3, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.2. On June 10, 2024, the clerk of this court sent a letter to the Austin County Clerk informing the clerk the record had not been filed.
The court has not received a request for an extension of time to file the record. The record has not been filed with the court. We therefore issue the following order.
We order the Austin County Clerk, to file the record in this appeal on or before July 12, 2024.
