Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless within twenty days plaintiff stipulate to reduce recovery of damages to the sum of $2,500, in which case the judgment as modified and order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Hooker, Gaynor and Miller, JJ., concurred.
