DISCIPLINARY CASES

The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline filed its final report in this court on December 16, 2004, recommending that, pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(6)(B)(1), the respondent, Candie Lynn Cornett, be permanently disbarred. Upon consideration thereof,

IT IS ORDERED by this court that this matter be, and hereby is, remanded to the Board for evidence and findings in accordance with Dayton Bar Assn. v. Sebree, 104 Ohio St.3d 448, 2004-Ohio-6560, 820 N.E.2d 318, relative to the allegations of misconduct in counts 5 and 22, the disciplinary rule violations in counts 2, 3, 4, 10-14, 16-18, 20 and 21, and the lack-of-cooperation allegations in counts 6-21.
