On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2012, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part), dated May 2, 2012, May 30, 2012, and July 13, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 24, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "February 8, 2013."
