Opinion
CASE NO. C2-06-1015.
April 28, 2010
ORDER
The Plaintiff, Viviane Bushong, has written a letter to the Court. In the letter, she asks the Court to keep the letter confidential. This the Court cannot do.
The Court assumes that the Plaintiff was not aware that the undersigned cannot consider a request for relief unless all parties and attorneys of record receive a copy of the document requesting relief. Therefore, the Court will not file the document submitted if the Plaintiff requests confidentiality. If she does, the Court will return the letter to her and will not consider the relief requested. She may also send a modified letter to substitute for the letter submitted. The Plaintiff must make this election within ten days of receipt of this Order.
The Clerk of Courts shall forward, by certified mail, a copy of this letter to the Plaintiff at the address listed in the letter.
