APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1750some weight must be given to master's findings when approved by chancellor. On appeal from decree affirming master's report, where plaintiff contended judgment should have been for larger sum, and it appeared that evidence in record was conflicting, held that some weight must be given to findings of master who has seen and heard witnesses, when his findings are approved by chancellor, and decree should be affirmed.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. DONALD S. McKINLAY, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1945.
