DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Cross motion in case No. 512587A to retain investigative, expert or other services and to direct respondent to make the parties' children available to Thomas J. Tabor, Esq.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to June 29, 2012, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, without costs, and respondent is directed to make the parties' children in case No. 512587A available to Thomas J. Tabor, Esq. on or before June 11, 2012.
