Appellant, Cynthia Busby, has filed a second motion for extension of time to file her motion for rehearing and motion for en banc reconsideration, requesting to extend the deadline to file her motion for rehearing and motion for en banc reconsideration to December 22, 2023. The motion is granted in part, and the time to file appellant's motion for rehearing and motion for en banc reconsideration is extended to October 31, 2023. No further extensions will be granted.
