This case was called for trial from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at Winston-Salem, North Carolina on November 15, 2022. Prior to the trial session, on November 7, 2022, respondent filed Proposed Trial Exhibits 200-R through 293-R. At the beginning of trial, respondent made an oral unopposed motion to strike Proposed Trial Exhibits 200-R through 293-R because those exhibits are included in the Second Supplemental First Stipulation of Facts, filed November 10, 2022, and the First Amended Second Supplemental First Stipulation of Facts, filed November 17, 2022. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is hereby

ORDERED that Respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits 200-R through 293-R, filed November 7, 2022, and referenced as docket entry number 44, are stricken from the Court's record.
