This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on November 14, 2022, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Ward Federal Building, 251 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, 27101. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call of this Session of the Court commencing at 10:00 a.m., on November 14, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties, as well as their counsel and their counsels' assistants, shall be permitted to bring into the courtroom various computer equipment, projectors, screens, and other electronic devices, including cell phones with picture-taking capabilities, for the purpose of presenting evidence at trial.
