This case is calendared for trial at the September 6, 2022, Birmingham, Alabama remote Trial Session of the Court. This case is before the Court on petitioner's Petition filed October 9, 2020, as it relates to taxable year 2018. On May 19, 2022, the Court ordered respondent to file an Amendment to Answer to include a full and complete copy of the Notice of Determination on which this case is based. On June 3, 2022, respondent filed an Amendment to Answer to include a copy of a Notice of Determination as it relates to taxable year 2019. On June 13, 2022, respondent filed a Second Amendment to Answer to correctly include a copy of the Notice of Determination as it relates to taxable year 2018, on which this case is based. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall strike respondent's Amendment to Answer filed with the Court on June 3, 2022, from the record and made not viewable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall retitle respondent's Second Amendment to Answer filed with the Court on June 13, 2022, as respondent's Amendment to Answer. 1
