Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

So much of the judgment as orders the wife to pay seventy-five percent of the educational expenses if the parties decide to send any of the children to private high school is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings in accordance with the opinion of the Appeals Court. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
