Defendant having applied for permission to file an oversized reply brief on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered October 5, 2020, March 12, 2021, and December 8, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that defendant may serve and file a reply brief with 11,460 words in accordance with this Court's rules, on the condition that the brief is filed on or before June 27, 2022.
