On November 9, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Answer, accompanied by two copies of the Answer, one of which was prematurely filed and one of which was lodged. Respondent indicated that petitioner's counsel objected to the granting of the motion. We will nevertheless grant respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Answer prematurely filed at Docket Index No. 8 is deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Answer is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Answer, lodged November 9, 2023, as of the date of this Order is served.
