Appeal, No. 30, March T., 1967, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, April T., 1961, No. 1437, in case of Charles J. Burks v. Walter W. Armstead. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before LEWIS, J.

Verdict for defendant and plaintiff's motion for new trial denied. Plaintiff appealed.

Judgment affirmed.
