On November 17, 2021, respondent filed two answers to the petition (Docket Index Nos. 5 and 6), which appear to be duplicative. In addition, the record does not appear to contain a copy of the notice of deficiency or notice of determination on which this case is based.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the answer, filed November 17, 2021, at Docket Index No. 5, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 9, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency or notice of determination on which this case is based.
