In this case the defendant was indicted and convicted for selling a security in an insolvent corporation to Larry Andrews. On appeal this case was consolidated with and submitted on the same issues as James E. Burke v. State, Ala.Cr.App., 385 So.2d 643, 6 Div. 963. This judgment of conviction is reversed and remanded on authority of Burke v. State, Ala.Cr.App., 385 So.2d 643, 6 Div. 963 (Ms. October 2, 1979).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

All Judges Concur.

Affirmed, Ala., 385 So.2d 648.
