DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.
The consolidated judgment on the husband's complaint for modification and the wife's complaint for contempt is vacated. The case is remanded to the Probate and Family Court for entry of a new judgment consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court, and such other proceedings as may be warranted.
