Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, without prejudice to an action to set the judgment aside on the ground that it is fraudulent in fact. Held, that the statement in the confession is sufficient. All concurred, except Follett and Green, JJ., not voting.
