ORDER
This matter came before the Court for consideration of Plaintiff's Notice of Acceptance of Offer of Judgment. (Document 18.) As provided in Plaintiff's Notice and confirmed by Defendant's supplemental filing titled "Terms for Offer of Judgment" (Document 19), and pursuant to Rule 68 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to enter judgment for Plaintiff in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) plus costs including reasonable attorney fees through April 23, 2009.
