MEMORANDUM OPINION
On March 27, 2006, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. Appellant's brief was due on July 16, 2006. When appellant had not filed her brief by August 7, 2006, we directed appellant to file her brief within ten days or the appeal would be subject to dismissal. Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not filed her brief or otherwise communicated with this Court regarding the appeal.
Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
