Judgment and order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. (The judgment awards plaintiff summary judgment on plaintiff's second cause of action, in an action to recover real estate commissions. The order denies plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on his first cause of action and grants it on his second cause of action.)
