Interlocutory judgment of the Municipal Court in each case affirmed, with costs, with leave to the defendant to answer within twenty days after the entry of the judgment of affirmance, upon payment of costs and disbursements. Appeal from order overruling demurrer in each case dismissed, without costs. No opinion. Hirschberg, P.J., Bartlett, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
