Judgment reversed on the facts, with costs, and complaint dismissed, with costs, upon the ground that the purchaser produced by the plaintiff had not agreed to purchase upon the terms on which the defendant had agreed to sell the premises. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Jaycox, Manning and Young, JJ., concur.
