By Order dated November 16, 2022, docket entry 20, the Court: (1) struck this case for trial from the December 5, 2022, remote Standalone Trial Session, continued and retained jurisdiction of this case; (2) granted respondent's Motion for Remand, filed November 3, 2022, docket entry 16, and remanded this case to respondent's IRS Office of Appeals, further directing respondent to offer petitioner an administrative hearing at respondent's Appeals Office no later than March 15, 2023; and (3) directed the parties, on or before May 1, 2023, to file a Supplemental Notice of Determination, or a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 3, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
