Buffkin v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jul 14, 1982
416 So. 2d 906 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

No. AL-287.

July 14, 1982.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Escambia County; Jack H. Greenhut, Judge.

Dwain Buffkin, pro se.

No appearance for appellee.

Buffkin appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

The speedy-trial issue raised in the petition was previously raised on direct appeal in Case No. UU-96 which we affirmed at 394 So.2d 1154 (Fla. 1st DCA 1981). It is therefore not a proper issue for post-conviction relief.

AFFIRMED.

McCORD and SHIVERS, JJ., concur.
