This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's January 24, 2022, Kansas City, Missouri remote trial session. On November 29, 2021, respondent filed a motion for summary judgment and on December 2, 2021, respondent filed a duplicate motion for summary judgment.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's duplicate motion for summary judgment, filed December 2, 2021, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for hearing on respondent's above-referenced motion for summary judgment at the calendar call of the Court's January 24, 2022, Kansas City, Missouri remote trial session beginning at 10:00 AM (CT).
